Welcome to Aljazeera & Empire Schools. By enrolling your child with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Admission & Enrollment

• Admission is granted based on age, placement tests, and availability of seats.

• Parents/guardians must submit all required documents (birth certificate, medical records, previous academic reports, photos, etc.).

• Enrollment is confirmed only after payment of the admission fees.

2. Fees & Payments

• Tuition fees must be paid on or before the due date as specified by the school.

• Late payments may incur penalties or result in suspension of services.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under special circumstances approved by school management.

• Additional charges may apply for uniforms, books, activities, or transport services.

3. Attendance & Punctuality

• Students must attend classes regularly and arrive on time.

• Absences must be communicated to the school administration in advance (except in emergencies).

• Prolonged absences without valid reason may result in withdrawal of the student.

4. Student Conduct & Discipline

• Students are expected to respect teachers, staff, and fellow students.

• Bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

• The school reserves the right to suspend or expel students for serious violations of rules.

5. Transportation Services

• School transport is optional and subject to availability on specific routes.

• Parents must ensure timely drop-off and pick-up at designated bus stops.

• The school is not responsible for incidents outside official pick-up/drop-off points.

6. Health & Safety

• Parents must disclose any medical conditions or allergies of their child.

• The school may provide first aid but is not liable for medical complications beyond its control.

• Students must follow all safety rules on campus and during school activities.

7. Withdrawal Policy

• Parents intending to withdraw their child must notify the school in writing at least one month in advance.

• Outstanding fees must be settled before withdrawal.

• School documents and certificates will only be released upon clearance of all dues.

8. School Rights & Amendments

• The school reserves the right to update policies, fees, and schedules when necessary.

• Parents will be informed of any major changes through official communication channels.
